Description
The Children’s Apperception Test (CAT) measures many aspects of a child’s personality, including level of reality testing and judgment, control and regulation of drives, and degree of autonomy. It is composed of 10 drawings of animals in various social situations; the test is based on the theory that young children identify more readily with animal figures than with human figures.
